House of Hamill Brings High Energy To Old South Church

Old South Church Concert Series welcomes the return of the energy charged, upcycled Celtic folk trio of House of Hamill on Friday, November 15 at 7pm.  This will be their third performance at Old South gaining a following with every trip to Maine.  Doors open at 6:30pm.  General admission tickets are $25, Seniors (65+) and students (12 y/o +, college students with current ID) $20.  Tickets can be purchased online at www.farmingtonucc.org or reserved by calling 207-491-5919.  Tickets will be available at the door as space allows. 

House of Hamill owes its existence - almost entirely - to a series of cancelled flights.   Rose Baldino and Brian Buchanan first found themselves onstage together at the 2014 Folk Alliance International conference in Kansas City.   Rose’s band Burning Bridget Cleary was scheduled to perform, but inclement weather prevented two of her bandmates from flying.
